I also noticed a delay. Have you tried using it? My hair didn't change and the coupon went away

My suspicions is that since the game is a 32bit application, it requires 32bit version. I was also having issues with 64 bit and went away when i installed the 32 bit version

I noticed that when you try to reset your password and try to enter your username and email, you will not be able to fill out the email if you fill out username first. The second part of the form becomes unclickable. This was tested on Firefox 59.0b14 (64-bit). Although I realize that I do have the beta version, this may be an issue with other players using Firefox.

To add on to this bug, I noticed that this seem to be happening more frequently when I used my 2 status effecting hits on Erwin's RMB skill (ground RMB -> slow(?) , air RMB -> paralyze)

Is there something going on with the NA server? I"ve been trying to login but I've been getting errors such as this one:

I noticed that when you try switching characters by clicking on "Select character", you get a pop up that says "Disconnecting in 3.. 2.. 1..." However, upon disconnection, you are put into a screen where your characters are not available nor can you click on "Quit game" or "Change server". However, you are able to click on "Settings".

My guess is that the account is fully disconnected instead of being in the "logged in" stage, thus resulting in the dysfunctional buttons.

You can also make sure that you guys are in a party, have the other person log off and then log back in. I tested this with a couple of my friends and it worked. The party system seems to prioritize people in a team to be on the same channel.

I noticed that after clicking on the button that says "Switch Character", the game client says "Disconnect in 3.. 2.. 1". Afterwards, I am brought back to the character selection screen where I cannot see any of my characters. When I am on this screen, I can no longer click on any of the buttons besides "Settings".

I wasn't sure where to post this but I think there should be a separate section between technical (client issues / bugs) and content help. I was in the Help & Bugs section and noticed some questions were getting buried among the flood of posts. I think by having more specific sections, people may post in the correct areas(?)

I've been running into issues where all the servers except NA are available for the server selection. When this is the case, the server "pages" are down to 2.

Upon restarting the client a couple of times, the game seems to find NA so I am able to login.

Hah I wish this was the case but there have been many profane names that I've found... I'm fine with my 2 letter names

I haven't reached level 20 yet but I think that gives some time for the guild leaders to familiarize themselves with the game first before they create a guild... I'm only level 12 and I have no idea what's going on in the game sometimes...

I was able to play a bit the past two days and although I do agree that it is frustrating, I think that the operations team is doing major hardware upgrades for the NA server. Just with the maintenance yesterday, I saw an increase from 10 channels -> 30 channels to offload the pressure to the servers. We just need to be a bit more patient as the team tries to figure out a solution for their spike. I'd imagine that their expectations for the NA region are completely blown out and they are trying to accommodate as best as they can.

I agree with OP in that a couple of things seemed to be out of the blue and sudden in terms of when this Open Beta release was as well as the lack of information in-game regarding the maintenances. Regarding their timeline on the release date, they may be using the OBT phase to do a cost analysis to get an estimate of what a full launch would look like in a global server and may not have a specific date in mind, thus resulting in the lack of information to the community.

With that being said, if I was in the PR team's shoes, I would love to know the organic interest in this game and how quickly word spreads even with the lack of information. This may actually be an indicator of the true hype or popularity in this game. I also imagine that this sudden news was meant to isolate some of the player base spike we are facing today. I have played a bit when the game launched and it seemed to be fine until the rest of the players started logging on.
