Initial report:
Noticed that today (thursday march 1st 2018) when you swap channels, while you are in the vicinity of a "Mat (Community)" - so that the timer for the mat and the x/4 people window pops up/is shown - this window will stay even after the channel swap, indefinitly, without beeing able to get rid of said window/notice within the city limits that is.
Steps to reproduce this bug:
- Walk in the vicinity of a placed down "Mat (Community)" that is obtained form the "Web cash shop" until you see the timer and x/4 people window
- Left click on the "CH. X" (e.g. CH. 3) - which is located in the top right corner of the minimap
- Choose a different channel (e.g. CH. 5)
After completing these steps the window indicating the time will be visible, even though the mat is not in your channel.

How to get rid of it (outside city limits):
- Leave the city by any means: Go on a mission, relocate your character to another city/district 6, etc.
- Relog your character/go to the titlescreen/restart the game
