Usually I don't even try to meddle on such posts because it is clear that not everyone knows how publishing a game works but just this time I'll post on that matter.
About Iris: It isn't rare AT ALL that ANY game decides to make a small spoiler of what's on the works, while everyone can know what content will be in here eventually due to KR and JP having them, Iris announcement was that, a spoiler/sneak peek, everyone has been asking for Iris since the release of the game, GF gave a hint that she's coming soon(TM), just because you wanted an exact date and you thought you would get it today doesn't make the spoiler a bad thing nor it means GF doesn't communicate properly (not at least on this matter, you may have a point on other things)
People were asking for Jin, as soon as he came to SW people said cool, where is Iris? When we get Iris, people will ask for more (job advancements? New level cap?) chances are people will always complaint, and if we were at the same level of content as KR or JP, people will be bored of waiting and complaint because they want more content, so -to my own personal opinion- GF just decided (or perhaps LG did) to stay behind content wise, not to mention the game is translated to multiple languages and is released at the same time in here, not the case on publishers that handle only KR/JP
Also, usually speaking, it is the developers of the game who decides what is released when, also including special cases where for example on the distribution contract there are terms to follow, this has been happening on lots of games, everywhere.
While I can understand that people would like Iris instead of outfits (which by the way comparing those is unreasonable having in mind outfits are items you can add easily to a shop while a character isn't) you also have to understand that developer and publisher are two different things and a publisher usually doesn't have much decision on the game.
