We have received updates several times which contained changes that not even Gameforge knew about...
Lion Games is responsible for patching and not even they know themselves what they are doing most of the time so how are you expecting them to put together comprehensive patch notes? Even if they did, would you trust them? I think Gameforge doesn't, and I totally see why.
So you are telling me that Gameforge dont know what patches are coming to their game. This is straight bull. Even if it was the truth that is a even worse implication. Ignorance or willful ignorance is really not except able when it come to a company providing you service. You really deserve better my friend.

Go ahead and tell me sometime that isn't a bug and is missing in the notes. If you can't give a straight answer, you the criticism isn't justified. You could say there are some QA issues, but then I have to ask: Did you ever had to QA any kind of software with an upcoming deadline? It's more complicated then it looks.
You won't get notes about something nobody knows about. I am really sorry if you can't understand that simple logic.
Edit: Nobody said something about bugfixes. It was about bugs being implemented. And yes, as a software developer, I do know what I am taking about. It is literally my job to know that.
First of all, this is not my game. Its not my job to comb thru the game looking for bugs. I go to work and do my job. I dont hollar out its too hard and not do my job. You know what would happen? I would get fired. If they dont even know bugs are in their game and they dont bother to look on their forums then why are they a game company? We dont have to be software developers to know when people are full of it.

That's a bug. Bugs beeing in the patch notes is rather rare.
By the way I am fully aware what the intention of the statement was. This was a rhetorical question. The answer is obviously nothing.
Do you even have access to the internet? Bugs in patchnotes are not rare...literally every MMO and even Monster Hunter World has better patch notes and it includes bug fixes. If they are rare in the games you play then man...please treat yourself better my friend. Life is short!

Sorry bro but all i can see on your post is negativity. trezert you said you played 200 + hrs of this game? Im on 416hrs bro but every singel day i learn something new about the game. In different aspects. Don’t get me wrong bro my 1st 2weeks of this game is horrible 1st is the hype thing and suddenly all the changes, bugs, patch notes etc. and i reach to that moment that why should i even play and pay for this game now. But i stayed and give this game a chance. And now i don’t even regret staying on this game even so many people (esp on forums) that are so negative on this game. This game is not perfect it has own flaws. 1 simple rule bro don’t let the other people dictate of what you want and how you enjoy something. Peace!
I love that everyone co-sign on this but did you even read that he said before you typed this response? This game is terrible even by f2p standards. It could have been so great. However, the op was kind enough to at least give some feedback. If you are going to blindly support this game..at least be honest enough with yourself to see when someone is giving much needed criticism.

They want to change it to the original "Darling", because the "Npc' one will be launch in the future. I think if some people have the "Npc" one, it can "affect" the premium shop ( I mean I got the outfit for free, instead of spending SoulCash) and also some player may get upset, 'cuz some people like "Darling" and expected to get it after open beta, some player get upset about not having the "Npc" one, and some... don't like it that much - Sorry, Erwin mains out there...
It was a suggesting to them since they are listening. I mean if they are worried that much about the cashshop why give an outfit at all. People are going to spend money regardless. A little good will goes a long way. GF just let people choose which outfit and people will love you!

As far as i see there are many gaming companies that are doing the same thing. Specially Free to Play games. Maintaining the game is not easy or cheap. They need to get money somewhere. But ofc there are "better" way to make money but mostly it benefit us not them. If this type of promotion/event or what ever you call is too expensive then this is not for you.
First of all even if there were other companies doing the same this its not right. Saying that as a defense is ludicrous once you think about it. Second we all know games are not cheap or easy to maintain but tell me how them throwing a cash shop out in a beta is helping us and not them?! Lastly, what promotion are you talking about? All I see is an over priced cashshop and a company ignoring its player base unless it concerns the cashshop. When I say overpriced im comparing it to other games on the market. I wish people would stop trying to win an argument and see were someone is trying to tell you the game is screwing you. Im all for giving money to games but why not give it to companies that deserve it?

As mentioned already, it will be done. We simply can't do it right now since we are still in beta and we are collecting feedback, improving technical stuffs and resolving some issues. Do you know that running this type of games is not cheap meng?I know its doesnt cost anything to treat people with respect. Especially people pouring money into your game. Im not against any company making money...their methods is what I am against.

"Venting" in a forum is normally consider childish. If you do this don't be surprised if people call you out on that.
In my opinion those threads are unproductive and should just be closed.
It can also be consider against the Community guidelines:

There is no standard. That's purely your imagination. I judge prices by how much enjoyment they bring me. Did the 80€ I spent on Fire Emblem Heroes some days ago bring me joy? Actually yes and I even have 80% of that ingame currency left, because I got lucky. Does spending 20€ here bring me any joy? No, that's why I don't do it.
This is subjective. It's my own personal view on how I spent my money. If you don't like the service, why are you buying something in the first place? Why do you consider it a standard? By which law must that be? Every company that does this tells you about it. Did you read it here? You have the wrong expectations. Life isn't that friendly.
Instead of wasting your time suggest it as a service for the future so this doesn't happen again. Do you think the majority will be against this? The way you guys complain achieves nothing and the sad thing is you don't seem to realize this. Yeah sure we all like having more money, but if GF doesn't do it there is no point in bashing them. Again, there is no law about this so there are not doing anything wrong. They just don't do what you except them to do.

You can literally go to Rucco Town and do ep1 normal in 1 minute, one shotting everything... you do it 5 times and get the eggs... how long did it take? 5 minutes and the daily is done.
Can't really complain, can we?
So why do people keep saying "its easy". Wtf does that have to do with anything. It's a lame event where you do dailies for 5 days to reset one skill. Sounds fun? I know they didn't have to do this amazing event but if they were going to do something why not something cosmetic at least?
