    From what I heard from a player is that we get that costume etc in a quest, lvl57? Hope gameforge isn't gonna make us pay for it though if other regions get it for free.

    gameforge isnt cherry credits (Dragonnest Dark avenger mount and set 30 days cause they say "limited" means for a limited time only - 30 days - and not limited as in only available to get permanent within the first 2-3 weeks as any other server did). They have as far as i know never removed free eventstuff unles it didnt exist in that timeline on other servers (like altering daily login and changing it later)

    Wait, are you telling me you can party up for Dimension Trip? O.o seriously? I thought you could only go solo (?) Or are you talking about the future 4v4 mode?

    you cant, but once it starts there are like 100 ppl queueing up at once so they create multiple lobbies and raffle them randomly into it. Its not like they have only 1 lobby and once thats full you start the new one.

    what would happen if 2 of trio party queue for auto team in same minute?

    more than one queue open.. easy as that - thats what is in pvp aswell



    in a duopt ppl can easily leave the team and queue on the autoqueue.. but ofc there is the problem if 3 ppl already sign up and one being thrown into it without his partner.. had this problem more than once

    Gameforge did not patch this, it were the developers.

    All servers have it put to 7 days.. in the other services you can play faster to lvl 55 however as normal dungeons give as much exp as manic does (due to catching up and having 60 cap) so ppl grind characters to lvl 55 in 2 days and receive all those rewards.. its more than you get from 1-17. (using 3 characters to make it 6days)
    we will get to that point eventually, but to say gameforge did this is wrong.


    Same reason as to why gameforge has no clear patchnotes... the devs deliver without giving GF a clear info on what is actually changed so they just see some of the changes.


    Nevertheless: i find a zeny:grutin exchange a realy good idea.. though what would be the exchange ratio

    10k:1 = 6m for one is the bare minimum i can see it to happen.

    let us get some more slots before the new classes arrive (free slots with new characters).

    Especially those that wanna farm more will want to have more characters to overcome 7day deletelimits

    thing is that they did not know about the raidupdate being delivered already. The korean devs rushed it for gameforge (everything is developed in Korea and their communication is not the best apparently since each patch has things added they did not mention.. mostly unnecessary stuff like removing a costume you cant get, but this time its significant.

    The pvp arena as it is is incredible unbalanced (+ buggy). There are times where you get oneshot with 50k crits and others where you dont get and dmg at all.. this is ofc due to it being heavily gear dependend.

    To have a better pvp experience it would be better to have a balanced pvp.

    This means: all gear you have should be regarded as a +0 gear inside the pvp arena

    (you may keep brooch effects and so on.. ) wether its +9 or +0. Ppl that focus on pvp can still get higher with the pvp gear and sf/brooches/elementals


    This way the damage would be at least somewhat even and more fun overall.

    In the long run oneshoting everyone and winning all the time is not as fun in itself aswell, you wanna have a balanced experience that also requires skill.

    The skill required right now is not that high, a lot of ppl claimed this has been the worst pvp they have ever seen in an mmo.

    D6 pvp should be reenabled (i heard its dissabled since this patch) so ppl can use their gear that way.


    A good longtime motivational pvp is a balanced pvp

    They were always intended to give you an idea of how mechanics work.

    With totaly being mindlessly easy that purpose was not there since you were able to ignore all mechanics (and i mean all) and facetank it more or less.

    Koreans love easy mindless grind. Thats why in most korean action mmos nowadays the mobs are sandbags and you squish them while they try to do dmg so hard. (BDO as best example.. korean dmg is so laughable while eu/na decided to make them hit like trucks since thats how eu/na likes it.)


    the majority WANTS a challenge.. and you can still easily solo most of them even with bad gear.. you just have to dodge more and actually do mechanics. Junk Hive and Fortress are the only ones that can be "failed" due to being too slow.. if you dont hit the mobs and let them follow you in the 4minute stage that is. Fortress is the hardest and ofc intended that way.

    If there are solace runs you always find a party. If not, ask friends/guilds/randoms arround the dungeons to form a party. There are always ppl that wanna join outside of "auto queue"

    A lot of ppl left due to endcontent being worse than most manic dungeons. Where is a raid - even a rookie one hard when ARK ep4 with lvl 54 is way harder than all of it. + they had very annoying parts that they removed now.


    AND they have an hilarious texturebugg mob that is oneshot in bandit highway.. and best is: THE TEXTURE IS ALWAYS DIFFERENT! you go that raid only because you wanna know how he will look this round. We play "whos that pokemon" with him.. while hes clearly a hufflepuff. (oneshoting him the bugg will dissappear)

    more ppl play again due to raids actually becoming a little fun again with the harder yet managable difficulty.

    gears can be unbound by those 990 unsealers and the cheaper one (pretty sure the cheaper one is for "bound on equip" items and the other one removes the seal of unbinding so you can unbind it another time.


    costumes cant be unbound but you can transfer them via storage to your alts

    so.. 1-2 days ago i was able to actually do bandit highway.. but now everytime at the boss a "unknown error" appears and ofc i cant rejoin due to it being a bossfight.. sometimes at 18bars, sometimes at 12.. but its definetly always... i think there is a skill that he does that crashes it.. one of those aoe shots.. yet im not 100% sure

    we tried it several times today yet it did always resulted in the errorcrash.

    Anyone having the same issue or is it just me? I was able to run virtue a few days ago, now all crash... and this at sunday where you can run any element.. (saw some complaints about it already)

    Anyone was able to resolve it?



    I tried reinstalling but this did not change anything. Found no errorreport function.. is there a reportfile somewhere in the data you can look up what exactly caused the crash?

    Both solo and in party are affected (there were some that claimed it would work if they were alone in it, yet thats not the case)

    For my friends it works without problems (also steamversion)..

    no its not

    6 elements and each element has 1 counter solace just has less mobs with that counter (torment i believe?) you also cant equip the counter in your weapon if you have the other already

    a lot of ppl dont like open betas and only play starting an official release. Its normal that a lot of ppl will come with release - even on f2p games, partially new player and partially old returners.


    Stage games are bound to be "hop in, play content, get to the next game until there is new content and then return to play that content for a month and then go back doing a new one" kind of game.


    Companies know this and thats why they often release multiple games with 1-2 months gaps. If they enjoy the game but think they cant improve their gear right now, they will take a break.


    To say they wont return is.. not correct for most of them. Dragonnest is a good example for this, they always say it is "dead" (sea version.. i played since open beta therefore i stayed on sea and did not switch to eu -- likely its the same on eu aswell, even though eu had less players overall i heard [but better cashshop and management]) but as soon as new content came the servers were burst full (4 servers) they only merged them 4 years after release



    merges will come for sure. I knew right from the beginning that the non-english speaking servers would be empty pretty fast.. ppl tend to settle on english and play together. Everyone can speak english... except rusians (maybe due to the keyboard not being able to transfer it completely.. i dunno how those are, yet A LOT (not all) tend to write only in rusian even if you ask them to write english.. - not that it matters ^^) and they have no own languageserver

    Japan will likely ban ppl from west soon aswell (korea already has as it requires the id)

    you can FOR NOW. Once open beta is finished the "launch of other services" rule applies in the contracts. While we cant see the contract ourselves, its likely japan has the same than gameforge for their region. It is likely they will have to block and ban others after official launch. Korea demanded the autoban of all koreans in japan and europe/na, europe will demand the same likely.


    yeah you still can bypass the blocks on all servers, yet this does not guarantee you arent blocked one time at random.

    They removed it to not give ppl false information.. ppl wondered how to get item x and spammed questions about it.. answer "not in the game yet" -> question: "why is it in the game then?" ---> removed most of them


    They plan to have it korean patch within 2-4 months.. golden citadell is likely in the next content patch (or its housing.. i dont think it will be a class right away - yet it could be classes first aswell..)

    They have the same contract as gameforge in a way - it was no problem since there was no other service than japan and korea but with release they will likely have to start banning more frequently [if i was gameforge id force it]


    also.. the gameforge servers are well done and there is barely any difference to korea (japan living in its own world without pvp and casual level of difficulty due to the majority playing the game as a storydriven singleplayer game with optional coop - more or less)


    obv. it will take time to get the other caps but there rly is no problem in it

    soo.. what exactly is in that box? It says consumables.. but what kind of consumables? Kinda wondering as its the only gamblebox that has no clear hint what you are expected to get... is it like a random medicube failure kind of box or are there cashshop consumables in it?
