it's 11:55 p.m. at Friday night here. I would just play sometime else if I were you. Might take a while.

When in doubt, restart. - Microsoft Windows
Glad it worked, so we can give that advice to other people. Must be some ugly cache playing dirty tricks.

-
That on of the least important issues at the moment, imo. It may get patched in accidentally.

And yes I mean it, they probably have their hand full with other stuff right now.
Also, totally clickbait.
-
Wait until may when CC gets released. This is what happens if you pay apply patches in the wrong order. Let's take it as a lesson and next time revert the changes. Until then waiting until we reach the regular the point there where intended to be implemented is the only option.

Bonuses in groups are 7% EXP and 15% drop last time I checked. Absolutely not important. The nice thing is, that the agro isn't on you 24/7. The bad thing is mobs are getting much more tanky. In general...
- Try to find a group if someone is in queue or a friend.
- If team members die and don't resurrect, soloing is preferred.
- If it takes to long to find a group, go solo. No point in waiting 5 minutes for a group.
- If it's to hard first try to git gud, improve gear if possible otherwise and as last option look for a group.
Of course if you prefer socializing you... should find a guild.

Try this:
- Abandoned the quest, make sure it's no longer in your quest list
- Close the game and restart your PC
- The PC restart is just to make absolutely sure the game and all it's data reloads. There might be some shenanigans involved.
- Take the quest again
- Try to complete it

- To litte knowledge can't judge. I assume the statement is correct.
- Just because other servers don't have it as well doesn't mean they shouldn't change it.
- I have to say the community is partially to blame for this too. They wanted the raids to stay changed without proper knowledge about the revamp. Poor Judgment on GF and LG side to listen to that in my opinion
- Just recruit a team from the community like they do with the mods. Then it's the communities responsibility. That's the only way I think this is financially possible.
- Good look asking this over and over again. I gave up, your time to run into a wall.
- As someone who develops software... won't happen, unless you want one update per 6 month. Software is made by people and people make mistakes. This will always happen and can only be prevented with a very high level of test automation. Probably not possible in a game, let's just use #4 to reduce the effect.
The best thing you can currently do is probably to release Golden Citadel asap. Assuming it partially fixes #2.

I'm surprised it isn't number one. Meanwhile, I feel pity for everybody reading through the whole topic. So much wasted time.
And GameForge care so little, they even adjusted their prices for soulcash. Nobody ever complained about that!

It's such a shame how an illegal hosting of a private server can be doing so much damn better than gameforge at this point
Obviously they can. Small team that can do whatever they want vs. large company (overhead) and is bound by a contract.
I hope this gets fixed as well, but let's try to ping Nyoka or threea for an answer.

I don't think the (EU) prices are a real problem. It's the gambling and low success chances that are really disgusting. I rather buy a card or +9 weapon for 50€, even tough that's extremely expensiv, then this lootbox nonsense. What the game lacks it a method that guarantees you success after a certain investment. Also some stuff straight out shouldn't be in the cash shop. IDs are the best example, you should have an easy way of rerolling ingame for how important those stats are. Just let us reroll for ingame currency so it acts as a money sink. This helps the game and makes the players happy.

So, I'm a very tolerant person. I don't think anything that happens on Soulworker can outdo what happened on Elsword especially NA.
Can I be so pessimistic an say. We are heading into the "right" direction to outdo it? In Elsword you at least don't pay to be able to upgrade at all after a certain amount of times. Okay, you have to repair instead, which can be worse... But at least IDs are not that important and there is no grade on gear.
This game unfortunately it set up really well to die from whaling. Not by GameForge, but LionGames. People always forget the items to sell are developed by LionGames for that very purpose. Both are equally at fault here.

Are you really trying to tell me the akasha card system is ONLY for new players? You can not possibly be serious.
GameForge is telling you the system is for paying players and as a bonus for new players or possible event rewards. I am not telling you anything, I am just stating the obvious. What do you except? Those things are this games lootboxes. Lootboxes always work that way. That#s way I said the game should't be balanced around them. They should be just an extra.
Energy exploit doesn't directly effect a CS item (there is on, but probably less important) and the fix probably takes more then just increasing a number in a config file. It may get fixed in the future if they care.

You are trying to turn this into a constructive discussion that works out a solution. Good luck with this. Most people unfortunately only join those threads to complain and shitpost instead of using their brain for an actual solution. It's already obvious from the first few post. Anyway, let's try to have an actually meaningful contribution.
First of all some general stuff:
- The "alt farming" wasn't removed it was nerfed. So it only gives out less.
- It isn't fun, so it should be replaced anyway.
Now for you suggestion:
- Anti-destruction: Increase the chances of successful upgrade
- I fully support this. The upgrade rates are like scamming.
- Akansha transmitter: More ways to obtain them
- I also fully support this, but we should also drastically decrease the amount of cards used to upgrade them.
- Respawners: Increase availability
- Actually no. I make other suggestion instead of this.
- Grutin Coins: Increase amount gained by players
- I am also okay with this, more in a bit.
Now let me add sone of my own ideas.
- Make Anti-destruction, Akansha transmitter, Brosches Lootbocxes, reolling items, etc obtainable via BP and Grutin Coins
- Add content to get more Grutin Coins
- Event Dungeons with daily quest
- Weekly PvP rewards, maybe even some daily ones
- Specific Weekly and Daily Quest giving a good mount of them
- Repeatable quest for raids and all coming endgame content that gives low amount of these coins
- Get the free 3 resurrections per day from JP server
Of course that will probably take over a year before we get it.
-
They are not cash shop specific items though, through the leveling process you are rewarded with these card which in turn makes them part of your progressing whether you like it or not.
You are simply wrong about this and that was stated pretty clearly.Hello everyone,
The rewards that are given out to new users to help them get started in the game have been exploited. It is not intended that players farm them using the character deletion function. That’s the reason why we had to implement this measure.
Thank you for your understanding.
They are en extra for newer players to make starting the game easier. By no means are they intended to be farmable and as such required.
What you believe isn't the case. You have a official statement telling you so. That's the real fact, like it or not.
-
If it means less "OMG, they are nerfing my free stuff, not even removing it, I got while exploiting a function that wasn't designed to be used that way.", yep definitively an improvement.
One could also argue if people didn't abuse the exploit, there would have been no need to change it. Aren't half of the people here also the ones complaining the game is to easy and were very supportive of the difficultly changes in the newbie raids?
-
HOWEVER, the main issue here is that there is no other method of obtaining akasha cards unlike the other servers.
What other methods do they have?
-
Yeah, but then this is the problem. They shouldn't be needed. Feeling a difference is fine as long as it's reasonable doable. Being like "Congratulation for level 55, now farm you CS items via alt farming to progress!" isn't going to do the game any good either.
Relying on any source of CS item just should't exist. Those things are there to make the game easier for the paying people or just simply more enjoyable. They should not be part the normal progression.
-
So for what do you need those things anyway? The game shouldn't be balanced around Akasha Cards and upgrades anyway. With a +4 and no cards you should still be able to enjoy the game. Everything else should just be an extra, like costumes. or unlocking an easy mode. People complained about things being to easy, that does make it harder. Not fun, but harder.

No, the game won't die. If they release a new character in like two week the game will probably be extremely active.
No idea how you come up with this. There are plenty of games that do the same. This just isn't your super popular MMORPG that is super F2P friendly. Again setting oneself up for disappointment. I fully expect this game monetisationon be based on whaling, like so many others. One look at the cash shop was enough to understand this. it works, that's why it's done.
