So basically, theres too many bots and until Western countries are forced to register accounts with SSN / phone numbers / something we will forever have ridiculous inflation

honestly the name list was really annoying and im also glad its gone

I'm sure the game will be fine, as long as they have fun content, a capable Dev team and update frequently.
We literally have none of that

Please explain why.
Lion games does not show signs of closing down soon, not with a new raid and class advancement coming out. Neither do the steam charts show the game dying. Every game experiences a spike doubling their population after a new expansion/release, then dies down to about 50% until the next spike. 5k concurrent players is reasonable for a niche anime game.

If people want to have a less p2w game, then people need to stop complaining about expensive cosmetics lol
What would happen if they jack up the price of hairstyles back to the old rates, made costumes 1.5x more expensive to compensate for the loss in Akasha and AD sales, while making anti-destucts and akasha easily farmable in game?
Will they make money? Or will people just downvote the game for having "limited customization?"

Hell even old games where the devs flat out said "we aren't updating it anymore just maintaining servers" they went back and updated it for the players who still played (pocket legends)

Somehow acting that transferring to a new publisher will make game less p2w haha.. I guarantee the new publisher will adopt the same monetizing strategies.
Anyway, I do hope gameforge lets people sell antidestructs on MP, so whales can make money and f2p can gear up without spending real cash. Make it cheaper with grutin gold is good too.
Adding anti-D as a log in reward would be nice however, if they make anti destructs tradable then it's too easy to exploit with multiple accounts.

Its FFA, sure maybe collusion sucks but it's natural, unless you want to take away the "Hunger Games" experience.
I'd like to see some XvX modes that are more organized (like capture the flag or just plain old 4v4, etc)

what have you been doing for the last 163 hours on erwin to not notice what makes him good?
picking out and complaining about his disadvantages

Yeah a lot of games have limited time slot queues. NA is a big continent, they should add a queue for 0:00 EST because that is 21:00 PST
It's an issue due to NA's size but wat else ya gonna do, bug the government for universal NA time? XP

Prerty sure the goal of the pvp game is to farm mobs and deposit points without getting caught. You can engage in PvP with others but just because you stomp on people doesn't mean you get top rank if your enemeis don't have points to give in the first place. So it's a waste of time to kill newbs/pick on the smaller fish.
But I only read about it, haven't been able to get in lol

male underwear finally? why wasn't this available at release?!

Few games prioritize PvP over pve. Yes, PvP can make money if it's gear based, and there are pushes for tournaments/leaderboard, because some people spend for stats to win. But the majority of "whales" are PvE only, just because they'd rather spend in ways that make their game time enjoyable (beat up mobs co-op) instead of entering the salt mine against their friends.
But on the spectrum, soulworker falls closer to fast-paced twitch combat of FPS games than story-driven rpg, so I think this game would do well with a balance of PvE and PvP content. Oh, and pvpers are just as big fashionistas as anyone LOL

Was bored and decided to draw Haru and Erwin as opposite genders! Planning to do the rest of the characters eventually

A game doesn't need balanced, godly pvp mechanics. Even PvP orientated games like Overwatch and LoL will never stop complaints of imbalance and general saltiness. SW just needs varied content to keep things fresh. Human opponents are more entertaining than AI. Leaderboards and other competitive aspects encourage gameplay and give a sense of community and achievement. As old players fall in rank due to lack of playtime, etc, new players can replace them.
I understand that since the games i usually play have pvp as a main focus. What i said was mainly aimed at all the people that were saying pvp didn't matter and that no one would do it cause it is horrible. I argued against that kind of thinking but it didn't matter.
ah, i guess it wasn't clear to me. Seemed like you were part of the "pvp doesnt matter, devs should just focus on pve" camp based on the wording
-
Also when it comes to PVP in SW all i ever saw people say about it on these forums was how terrible it was. How is pvp suddenly going to save the game now?

The purpose of gear is to faceroll though... You just have to accept that being OP = boredom. There's no way to avoid it unless you stay in noob gear forever. Like One Punch Man, LOL

Maybe if we get stamina fixed to give 5/second instead of the 3/second we have now, max stamina would be more useful
-
If you want a game that's literally another world w/ character building, theres plenty of mmo like that (FFXIV, BDO, ESO, Path of Exile)
You play this game purely for the combat mechanics itself, the classes are genderlocked and have generally similar builds, so you don't really get a choice except in playstyle and a few SP allocation. if you don't like constant combat then take a break.
I do agree if they can make more pvp content or implement the d6 boss and have siege modes, etc, it would be the best way to go (because this game is combat focused and not content-focused)

Well I think inflated DZ is good because it makes the fixed costs affordable. You need about 10 million dz to make a lvl 9 soulstone? Just from Jenna's crafting fees.
It's already a long grind to get the fragments yourself. And yeah, inferior fragemnts are about 50k dz ea. on mp. But even if the economy was less inflated and they sold at 200 dz ea. it just means that Jenna's crafting fee of 10 million would hurt more.

For #2, I was kinda trying to ask concerning an a-b-a scenario, but your first statement answered that for me.
I have just one more question concerning the timing between skills in a skill chain. Is there some kind of timer that appears that tells you how long you have before you lose the skill chain, or is it just something you have to figure out through testing?
Also, thanks.
Yeah, the timer is a thin yellow bar that appears next to the reticle and underneath the skill icon. There's an option to turn off skill info in the settings
I thought about a-b-a combos but when I actually tried it was pretty useless lol. if a goes on CD you don't get the bonus and wasting the slot for a 3rd step bonus.
The chain bonus doesn't apply if you cast the first skill of a chain and the 2nd+3rd skills are still on CD, even if it's 0.5 seconds and within the normal chain widow time

1. No, you get nothing, which is why a-a-a and a-b-b are bad ideas. You only do a-a-a if you have big plastica AR card to spam one skill, but a-a-b would work fine too (just need the desired skill in the base row).
a-a-b is viable because b gets the 3rd-step bonus without actually being the 3rd skill, if you get what i mean. It's mostly to save time+SF, especially with high SF cost skills, they are usually long CD or huge dmg so a CD reduction/dmg incr is great for them, but they are also high SF cost and you don't want to waste SF casting a middle-man skill given that SAbreak DPS windows are short.
2. sorry i don't understand this clearly, but no you don't need the same skills in the same row.
3. Theres a short window where you can auto/right click in between.
4. No, skill chains expire when you wait too long or use a different skill key.
