so what happens after getting A
You need less soul cash to buy them now.
aka it should be cheaper lol
If people are willing to pay 40m+ for hairs then not really xd
I was extremely disappointed. I bought 4 packs and not a single limited edition card. the rng is very unfavorable. It really should at least guarantee 1 of 3 limited cards every purchase
its a bait as f*ck, heard from some ppl that spend XXX "€" and got nothing. At least they should made all those 55 cards limited, not only 2, cuz rng s*ck in this game.
Because it's gambling.
You guys need to realize that the price change of the hairstyles and skill point resets is an anomaly among MMOs and phone games. Props to them for even doing it although they handled it poorly. But generally, if micro transactions are too expensive and not enough people buy them, the games don't lower their prices, they shut down.
I'll give them credit where credit is due, but that doesn't mean they can do whatever they want afterwards because of it.
IMO i'm pretty glad that they actually give us a chance to get those cards. Would be better if this pack include at least 1 guaranteed good card. With this price and fully RNG base of items is kinda sad for people that buy it and get nothing.
That's because it's gambling.
tl;dr it's a scam.
Good to know.
Who cares about party members?

Is this a new pack? Sounds like a scam just like every other "pack" in the shop right now.
Please don't support those prices. So that we don't get people complaining if/when they reduce those disgusting prices.
They call these "sales", but the only points of reference are the packs itself. They can set the pack at 20k SC and put a 50% discount on it to make it look like it's a good deal.
Again, don't be an idiot and buy it if you think it's a bad deal. If you do, you're the one supporting their money-grubbing business and have no right to complain about a god damn thing.
Calling out impatient decisions made by impatient people = white knighting now

What comes around, goes around.
If things were worded in a more non demanding way you wouldn't face that much sarcasm.
Make a suggestion, add a poll and explicitly state that you know that GF does not have to do it, but that it would be extremely appreciated. Don't make a discussion thread, that will immediately be interpreted as a complain by some people.
Aye yea it comes off really snobbish with the demands and then even @ing the community managers like the hell are you gonna get accomplished by doing that.
Your choice to spend money on an OBT game but that doesn't earn you special privileges either. Don't spend money on an early access/open beta game and then complain when things eventually change.
Anyway that's a simple life lesson. Don't buy too early unless you really want it. Otherwise you may regret your may regret it.
People seem to @edit not be able to do that, now more games are releasing halfway and then loading up a fuckton of dlc or microtransactions afterwards then everyone loses their shit.
@edit you're the one supporting them.
Edit by 25arp26, insult and obscene language
/warning
With the pricing model atm you still need to buy more than what you think it'd cost based on those numbers.
950 SC? Think it's gonna be $10? Think again xddd
I'll stick to buying stuff with dzenai
>Open Beta
>Everything is subject to change
>Prices are insane and people are complaining about it
>Still bought it
>Prices get reduced
>"Where is my refund btw"
Legit can't please anyone.
For me at least, I'll see what other hairs come out since I already bought my current hair with dzenai
Edit: I feel people that only recently bought it like within the last week get a right to complain about refunds.
See but people don't want that. They wanna hit cap in one day, grind for gear for a month or two, and then complain about having nothing to do and leave until the next content update comes, and then repeats. That's how most similar games like this are so clearly it's a problem when this one isn't like that too.
All it takes is a couple of big youtubers to try it and the servers will start filling up. I remember when Blade and Soul came out NCSoft sponsored a few streamers to play the game and to do giveaways on their twitch channels, it worked really well.
As much as dislike ncsoft for various reasons, one thing they know how to do is promote their shit. it kind of makes you wonder how much faith GameForge had that soulworker would succeed, considering the promotion for their game is almost nonexistent.
Promote it, and then do absolutely nothing and let it die anyway.
They hyped the fuck out of pvp and becoming an esports game, then proceeded to do nothing at all to make pvp more enticing or rewarding, with the number of imbalances, bugs, hackers, etc. Then these companies or whatever that wanted to do something with BnS and esports just left and the game tanked after that.
If people can't put a bit of effort leveling in something like this game then everyone's been spoiled to shit from playing faceroll games where challenges only begin after hitting cap.
Well, welcome to Korean mmo's, honestly. Almost all korean mmo's use some form of "buy a skill reset if you fuck up" system for skill points
Blade and Soul lets you freely switch between skills and builds as much as you want.
Closers charges you ingame currency to lower the skill levels, but the cost is negligible as you make many times that amount in a single dungeon run that takes 1-2 minutes.
DFO lets you do whatever you want with skills and skill points.
That's not "most", but those are some of the bigger ones in the west atm.
It should also be noted that worldwide, BnS and DFO are in the top 10 highest grossing f2p mmos.
Display MoreDoing Steel Graves can complete the event quest. Also, I don't know how people could mess up on their skill tree..
Because most people new to the game leveled skills they were using and there was much uncertainty as to what to go for the various characters. People level and realize that some of the choices weren't good and now they want to change that.
What's hard to understand about that.
I knew a comment like this would happen. I personally use guides so I don't ruin my skill tree in the future. It doesn't matter if you're new or not, reading the skills Is common sense. The game has been out for a few years now, there's tons of guides out there. :).
Because full and detailed guides were available from day one...
...and because everyone who plays the game checks forums, Steam, and whatever other unofficial sites that might have guides...
...and because these guides are all set in stone and are not just opinions from the guide writers mostly...
...and because people don't want to try out a bunch of different skills on new characters in a game they never played before to see how it is and just ignore what these opinionated guides say are bad.
Maybe it's the new gaming culture to need to know everything and have the game figured out and read through 20 spreadsheets on how to do anything before actually ever touching it.
One more set, 20 left to go before the game is released.
I'll give it to them though that they're fixing some of the issues from before. I can switch characters now and the area completion screen doesn't show in the 90s anymore.
