The servers have been really good today! They deserve a pat on the head and a cookie, at least. Best performance overall since launch of OBT

but...but....as soon as I get home from work the servers started acting up again. it's around 6 pm EST usually.

The server actually working will forever be a legend for me, I guess. I haven't seen it :C

this is really getting to be retarded. and i just found a team getting 23k exp per run at lvl 12...

    GGGGGGGGGGGGGRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That sucks. :C Hopefully you find another once the server is back up.

Myself, I can't even finish a dungeon before the game crashes. I've tried 3 times in the last couple of hours and I've given up at this point.

I don't know...As a customer, I'd rather pay $60 for an outfit, maybe a couple hairstyles and some hair color....not $60 for just 2 hairstyles.

Maybe it annoys me so much because I love changing it up - but with the current prices, I won't be buying nearly as much because I'm not getting as much back....so I can't really "change it up" unless I'm willing to spend a lot.

I don't know if that's good business judgment, because from MY position, they're losing money. (on digital items, no less, that cost nearly nothing to distribute)

To put it as simple as possible (as suggested), I'll try to explain my view on this.

The ratio of CAD/USD to in-game currency is insanity, yes, but that's solely MY OPINION. I can complain all I want; at the end of the day, Gameforge can make whatever prices they want. They're not telling me to pay it, it'd be my choice. I have a full-time job and can easily afford to spend money on a game I enjoy playing.

    That isn't my issue.

My issue is that, metaphorically speaking, it's as if we all sat down at a restaurant and ordered our food, only to have it spilled on the floor and then the waiter asks for a big tip.

That's exactly how it feels right now on my end; it isn't a necessary thing but it is a huge slap in the face to the people who supported this game for so long, even before its open-beta release...

The servers have been unstable at BEST for NA, and that's when NA is even up... Until that's at least fixed, I won't entertain the thought of supporting this game financially.

Well, this is hence why we should be providing feedback. Nobody here or at Gameforge wants the game to flop, so if we're clear and concise about our concerns and why we're upset they're bound to at least listen somewhat. They care about their bottom line as well, and a monetization system that doesn't work well influences that.

I am rather concerned about the cash shop being put up during the beta though. Betas exist more for stability than profit - that's why they're not a full release instead.

I agree - providing feedback is important. I just hope they read these posts and listen, rather than ignore it like it seems like it's been..

This really upsets me and I don't feel like Gameforge really even cares...

Silly me for waiting for months for this game to release, only to be slapped in the face with constant server crashes and my server (NA) consistently disappearing from the server list.

The nerve you have, Gameforge. To release this shop with such absurd pricing? Even AFTER the crap we've been dealing with regarding the server stability?

Whoever decided this really does not care about the community. I may be Canadian and yes I'm polite but screw you guys for this.

    Edit -

I understand that the solution is just not to purchase anything but that isn't my point. It's a slap in the face imo to expect so much from us, when literally every other mmo I've ever played (even the p2w ones like Vindy) don't hurt the wallet as much. And even AFTER the wonderful display of stability we have.

    Unreal.

    Hello everyone!

Hope everyone's enjoying the game so far :) A friend of mine and I would like to start looking for a guild to call home (please adopt us lol <3). We're able to be on almost every day. Discord preferred (it makes everything more fun :P).

We don't quite fit in with a hardcore guild due to our daily schedules but would like to find others who may have a guild that's kind of casual but still active and looking to progress! ~ I'm really competitive mk?

P.S. I'm not sure if this is the right area for a topic like this so if it needs to be moved, please feel free. Thank you <3

    It's working *u*

Sort of. Now the issue is loading into dungeons and moving beyond the tutorial. At least you get to create your character and save your IGN without having to worry it'll be taken, which is nice. I'll probably just delay any progression until tomorrow.

Yeah :( I'll probably do the same. I'm happy I was able to try it out at least - the animations are beautiful and the controls feel fluid, I'm happy!

Tenebris finally showed up in the server list, made a character and when clicking on Game Start nothing happened then I got D/C T^T

I'm restarting my client now - I think they may have restarted the server because my client crashed just a moment ago with an error stating to please try connecting again.
