Ruin fortress progression is very slow compared to the other 3 towns before requires around 3667 points to 100% and each runs gives 5 points requires around 735 runs in total to 100%. which in my opinion it will not be 100% before completing all the town quest part from repeatable

Justify? i show Evidence to back up my claims unlike people like you who justify everything in market is a must use to get best EXP gear as the best solution, and without looking at other means or bothered with the provided method because it requires more effort for the bonus XP bonus. And just want to be one of the casual mass and complain about the EXP rate is being low and not wanting to put effort in investing in any XP bonus gear.
And how is bad player an insult. I only used that term to describe what bad player would do. Plus you used insult for people who does asinine stuff. That terms is more worse insult then mine so you are the one should be in the ignore list.
Relies on RNG which is vastly different between every single player. You can get lucky and get everything you need and upgrade easily, or you can be screwed, have garbage drops and fail even +4 ten times over.
The XP gear I got leveling I sold for a lot more than what normal gear costs, notably if well rolled (+xp, +hp, +attack). ~150k for some pieces at only level 20, which is a lot of money for your first character, and something I'd rather have than 15 more exp from killing a monster.I don't level my XP gear to +4 i keep it as 0 upgrade state sure it cost survivablity but its manageable against trash mobs. also clearly you havent used XP gear if you said its a bonus of 15 more XP.
Also you mentioned XP gear sells well its because people notice its usability and importance of the XP stats for leveling unlike you who use the ignorant attitude regarding XP gears and want to make extra money from selling the XP gears.

Yeah, because only "bad players" don't want to deal with buying full sets of +XP gear every x level (huge money sink which could be used for other things) and constantly swapping them every single damn dungeon.

I got my gear from drops (Blue gear) I don't buy from market only bad player use market to buy exp gears from market unless its the 10% XP bonus accessory set thats fine. So please get your fact straight /shrug

What ErwinAlter said thees no problem with XP rates only bad players don't take advantage of bonus XP stats since i already posted the possible XP bonus amount you can get (no book bonus XP used).
For me i keep two set of gears
One for XP farming gear which gives the max XP stats as possiblesecond set for boss which is your best current gear you process. ( switch gear before the boss door)
