As far as i know no company has the means to acquire it or that actually publishes games that aren't from 20 years ago.
It's an unprofitable market in south america because people prefer to play and spent money on the english versions.
Apparently it's smilegate who owns the rights for south america. Thing is theres isnt even a word for a release, and in the remote chance that there would be one I doubt it would be for 2018.
tbh the chances of a korean company making a south america release are abysmal. So I guess we play with vpn or don't play at all. Feels fucking good man.
