How are you planing on Managing guild on 2 servers at once?

I suppose that is a controversial thing when it comes to this, and a good question indeed.
We have thought about having separate Guild Leaders and Sub Masters.
So a guild leader for NA, and one for EU. Likewise with the sub masters.
After reading your reply, I am only truly realizing how improbable it would be to do this, being a guild leader for two servers at once, hence forth I am going to see if my friend who used to run a guild will be up for running the EU side for me. I would be running NA.
And as I said in the topic "Fallen is a new guild in the working". The concept is still being brought about, but it is mostly figured out.
I'm extremely sorry for throwing out an incomplete concept of a guild.
There are clearly many flaws at the moment that we are brainstorming to solve.
The cross-server leading was one of them.

Fallen is a new guild in the working, made for both NA and EU servers.
The goal is to have the guild functioning on both servers at once.
There are no requirements to join, (as long as you play either NA or EU, you are good to go!)
We plan to hold events every so often. (i.e-raids, event grinding, etc.)
The Discord Server is still a work in progress, but is however, available to join.
Please join it if you are interested.

Fallen is a guild started up by me and a friend, one of which who hasn’t gotten the chance to play SW. I decided to do something unique, make this guild both in not only NA, but EU as well. Fallen is a multi server guild that will be based in the NA and EU Soulworker servers. Reason being, I just felt like it. I feel like it would be cool, although kind of complicated to work with. But I am looking forward to getting this guild up and running!
