I don't really like subscription based mmorpgs, but I'm all for one-time-pay games (Like Overwatch or Black Desert(?)).
It filters out a lot of bots and more people take the game more seriously instead of fucking around, since getting banned has a bigger meaning (because people invested money into the game).

About your question, ping aside, there isn’t going to be any kind of restriction which means you should be able to play correctly.

Aside from a lot of bugs and poor development from the creators, it was the best mmorpg I have ever played in my life. I have sacrificed a lot of hours on it. I even had to wake up at 4 am in the morning to be a part of closed beta (it was for limited time during the day). No other game beats its combat for me. Also it's the place where I made some of the best friends.
After RaiderZ downfall, this was the best next thing. Also sacrificed a lot of hours, I experienced what it was to be in the #1 guild on the server and I just really enjoyed the amount of costumes and super-fast paced combat.
It's kind of a tie. Silkroad - was the first ever serious mmorpg I ever played. (I think I was 13 back then). And had a lot of good time.
Skyforge - it was fun for a bit, but the main reason it's #3 is because I was a part of a really cool guild. They weren't the best but they were really fun people to hang out with.

Yes it is a set of Lion from mr.robot, i completely did from myself. The avatar is a png render, but on the forum, is not visible that much. Btw we are the only one that have giffsss, we're special!
