Is there a way to find out that account user and pass since it's my account?
The Steam version makes its own account, therefore you cannot use your standalone account characters.

I found out today that steam and GF launcher run on the same servers and decided to use GF launcher since there is less bugs. When I got to the GF launcher I used the same email and password as my steam client to login. I did not make an account so I thought it didn't matter whichever one I login with. When I got in the game there was no characters so I was wondering how I can use them. It doesn;t really make sense to me as there is the same server and it lets me login without setting up an account with GF.
