There have been multiple people on the forums that have had various problems with payment recently so it is an issue that should be looked into. Your best bet is to contact support, they probably wont do anything and blame it on you but its worth a try. Be carful of any type of chargeback though since they can lead to a ban sometimes.
I already charged back because #1 I didn't even want this order. I already made an order, and used that Soulcash, and now It's charging me at this time? when the server is in maintenance how could I even make an order? This is from like last week when I first placed the order I used. I explained this to support, and if they ban me I don't care because this is a scum bag thing to do. I told them refund me these double charges because I never used the Soulcash if they ban me, and my team will quit this game. I hope support does their job.

Hey,
I recently tried to purchase SC, and It said something about waiting approval!? but now my bank got double charged, and I never received 0 SC I also never wanted to spend that much money on the game? why would you double charge me!?
I made a case on paypal fix this please.

This is an issue but they also need to have a look at the reliability of auto team or perhaps reduce server amounts. My friend who's currently around 36-40ish doesn't want to do much grinding unless I'm there (lvl 55) because he cant find anyone in auto team thus he struggles to do some of the manic replays which could be rewarding him good exp. I'm sure he's not the only one being somewhat slightly drawn away from grinding because he doesn't feel comfortable with solo-ing manics. I've told him a few times I solo'd most of my stuff (including manics) but it also comes down to player preference.
Just go with a +4 set, and solo manics that's what I do on my twinks.
Like I said, not me. It's my friend who just for some reason isn't necessarily comfortable with solo manics. I did pretty much all of mine solo
That's like when you say; I have this "friend" who etc input scenario. It's okay if you can't solo Manics we wont judge you.
