They just flooded shoes in market. If you want 3-slots shoes fashion now is the time!
gona up it to 3
Getting an akasha to 3 is a big investment (1 to 2 is small but not 2 to 3). My honest opinion is you shouldn't level this up and instead level an actual heal card instead, Selene or Soul Reaver for 1* and maybe Hel & Selene for 4* if you have.
soulstone work on normal ? like GC normal
It works everywhere. The only thing to consider is whether mob has resistance to the element you're using or not (the other way around for armor). Normal mobs don't have any elemental resistance, so you will always proc whatever soulstones you use in weapon. They also don't do elemental damage so you don't need soulstone in armor.
edit: Please read the guide...
3. Normal enemies in the game are weakagainst all elements (their resistance to all elements is zero).Enemies in Elemental mode of dungeons are weak to one element (theirresistance to that element is zero), very resistant to one elementand slightly resistant to the rest four elements. In PvP, youopponent's resistance to each element is based on what kind ofSoulstones he has equipped on his armor.
For both Standard and Berserker Brooches?
Ah sorry...
For SD, it is yellow-ish glow with circle aura around you. For BSK, it is red smoke.
Tera gives Yellow or Red?
Red.
Yea... on last day of event I will have 24 or something if I math it right, while some people trade another 25 and have 2 remaining balls.
No one going to address, how people who didn't get 3 balls on the first day (login before maint) can obtain 1 less EC than other?
Refer to: Smilegate reply to releasing Soul Worker in the SEA region
Buy the license? - Nope!
GF lift the IP restriction? - In my opinion (if it can happen at all), at least after Smilegate establish a working Soul Worker in SEA.
The sensitivity of the button is definitely changed from before. I died once in GC yesterday as I fail to do emergency reset position (lol).
Unless you want to run 5 active akasha meme build.... I think you already have enough (2 mobs clear, 1 boss kill).
But I kinda get that feeling. I think I already level up all the cards I care about and start leveling something else (Viperess is my current target, 68% to max).
edit: btw I believe max tier Sukkarak is bugged atm.
I never test any of this myself. But I believe Viperess is good. Heard about Whiteclaw being good from my friend but I don't trust him all that much. Other I see people using but not really make a strong impression on me.
Baalride (not on your list) is good. Though you probably know that since you didn't mention it. He cover large area in front of you and finish animation fast. Machina will work better when mobs spawn in waves however.
Maybe one of the king pins of the market was assassinated
This is pretty close to what just happened I think.
tornado's dps
At one point the limitation is your SF, you will need Stella's SF regen buff to do 6-7 tornadoes (given that you have the required atkspd to cast them). You should be able to do that while maintain SF over 50% and also end the chain with Carnage.
I only use Culling Blade as filler (the skill is not max), I do max carnage. I go for left extension for Carnage for armor break buff.
When I finish all the skills there will be a few sec CD.... that's where I use Culling Blade if there are still mobs around/boss still alive etc.
edit: as for the reason why I have Culling Blade in the first place... I will use it in her advancement.
should I choose Cooldown, Damage, or reduced SF Consumption?
It's always either damage or CD reduction. I personally use CD so that she can cycle a bit better. As for skill slots... these are what I'm using.
Or you can go to your friend's room.... and merge your furniture with his.

Yes. It's just one of the.... 'make older contents easier and faster' patch.
I read somewhere that dungeons no longer scale to the amount of party members. It's still most optimal to run with 4 people for maximum efficiency to make the dungeon faster though.
Is this an action to counter that?
I believe it's only something from recent patch note:
QuoteDisplay MoreGolden Citadel:
* the number of Mob count decrease
* Party member number no longer affect monster damage, HP or defense( 4 member recommended now for fastest clears)
* time of frostbite, burns state time decrease
* some of Boss skills will be removed
* Item drop rate increase(blueprint, accessory, costume material, Raid ticket etc.)
* item drop remove(weapon core, gear core, ether light etc)
You should be able to find videos of people running revamped GC on YouTube. I know I watched 1 of them.
If anything.... they remove WUC from drop pool?
Before I read this post (or that announcement post), I assumed it's already over.
Now I don't know anymore.
