Going a bit OT but premium shop fix when? Like we need a maintenance everytime to being able to acces. -
I managed to get my items after maint and then it stopped working again.
Still disappointed because i lost 3 days worth of freebies. -

Honesly, its rather strange how you can go from being 1shoted from a trash mob in normal level to "i can tank that boss on maniac whole the fight" in less than 10 levels
True, sometimes it doesnt' make sense. I wonder if GF can actually do something about this.

The first town is pretty overwhelming for new players so I would say that needs some adjustments.
Other than that I feel the game is fine as it is.
I think it's ok if you get oneshotted in Maniac difficulty, but sometimes even in NORMAL difficulty enemy deal a lot of damage, they need to adjust that.
Oh I can't say I had any problems with Normal difficulty like you said D:
Not at the beginning of course, but at grace city sometimes even in normal it can can be tedious

The premium shop only had 1 megaphone, 1 100 Energy consumable, 3 respawners, and 1 mat that recovers energy over 30 minutes.
Honestly i only care about the 130 energy... so sad they still didn't manage to fix this.

I think the game is fine as it is. Maybe SG is a bit annoying. But i stilli don't see it as a "problem" the game being hard.

I can finally open the premium shop, but there are no free item to redeem.
I know it's daily, but i still haven't today since it was not working.. -
I can open Premium Shop in EN and ES servers but not in NA server...

Davvero strano, se non lo hai ancora fatto, come ti ho consigliato prima prova a riloggare. Al limite ti tocca aspettare domani per una risposta da parte loro.
