No information has been released but you can bet they will have some leveling events that award items and probably a basic stater package and then of course your pay package options.

I would imagine as it gets closer to beta or when launches you would see adds. Most people have short memories and won't even remember the game if it's not out now and they see an add.
Not everyone likes to troll forums waiting everyday for it to release
I would imagine more adds around beta time for sure.

I'm okay with bugs. I just hope the servers don't commit seppuku the entire time.
Would rather run into a bug then not be able to play at all -
It is kind of weird that they are skipping CBT and going right into OBT but if anyone does exploit any bugs you can bet they will be banned.
Probably wouldn't worry about it too much. -
Even if servers tend to "die" not like the possibly of a merge is ruled out. Might loose yours name though
/shrug.
Hopefully this game can just strive in the long run. Hope GF makes good decisions
